Achieved thrombin generation


	•	Designed to generate thrombin in the normal range when needed
	•	Factor 8 equivalence of 42% was achieved in lab tests using plasma from people with hemophilia A^b

^b42% Factor 8 equivalence is a laboratory estimate. In this test, FREHEMGO^® produced a peak amount of thrombin similar to that produced by a plasma sample with 42% Factor 8 activity. This does not mean FREHEMGO^® contains Factor 8 or raises a person’s Factor 8 level to 42%. FREHEMGO^® does not treat bleeds. Make sure you have backup Factor 8 or a bypassing agent in case of a bleed.

	•	Available as once-monthly, once-every-2-week, or once-weekly dosing

Quick administration


	•	Single-use, prefilled pen for subcutaneous administration
	•	Patients injected less than 1 mL in less than 1 minute, in a study^c
	•	Store at room temperature (up to 86 °F) for up to 2 weeks

^cBased on a study in 64 people with hemophilia A with or without inhibitors on Hemlibra^® and 11 caregivers who administer Hemlibra^®. Study outcomes: to determine if the FREHEMGO^® pen is easy to learn how to use and easy to use via nurse training and a simulated injection, and to compare preference with the users’ current drug delivery system. Device training time, preparation/injection time, and number of injections were assessed.
